Aenert news. Energy Exhibitions & Conferences
We decided to dedicate this issue to the upcoming energy events that will take place in April of this year in a number of Arab countries.
The World Future Energy Summit will take place on April 16-18 in Abu Dhabi, which, due to the numerous topics offered, promises to be of great interest. Organizers report that more than four hundred companies and more than thirty thousand visitors are expected to attend the summit. At least 350 speakers will speak at thematic conferences.
The summit offers six main thematic categories - Solar, Eco Waste, Water, Clean Energy, Smart Cities, Climate & Environment. Given the geographical location and climatic conditions of Saudi Arabia, there will undoubtedly be special interest in solar energy technologies. All main types of solar concentrators will be presented at the exhibition, including Linear Fresnel, Parabolic Dish, Parabolic Trough, Tower. Systems and elements for photovoltaics will also be widely presented, including Cells & Modules, Mounting Systems, Inverters, Components, Tracking Systems, Rooftop Solar PV Systems, Utility Scale PV Systems.
The EcoWASTE exhibition and conference will offer a platform for the recycling, waste management and waste-to-energy industries in the Middle East and North Africa region. Business sectors such as Facilities Management, Industry & Hazardous Waste, Organic Waste, Recycling & Biodegradables, Waste Management Service Providers, Smart Waste Management Products & Systems, Waste Management Solutions & Equipment, Waste-to-Energy, Street Cleaning & Maintenance, Waste Collection Vehicles and others.
Problems of water scarcity and methods to solve this problem will be discussed at The Water Exhibition & Conference.
The Clean Energy division represents the greatest diversity of technological areas in the energy sector. Each of them is based on the production of clean energy through Bioenergy, Geothermal Energy, Hydrogen, Hydropower, Nuclear Energy, Oil & Gas, Solar Energy, Waste to Energy, Wind Energy.

On these same days, the next traditional Intersolar Middle East & ees 2024 will take place in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
The Middle East Energy Renewables and Energy Storage Collaborative is the largest gathering of energy industry professionals in the Middle East and Africa, offering the most effective commercial market-focused platform to connect the global solar and energy community with regional hosts solutions. To get a sense of the scale of this event, let us recall that last year the Middle East Energy 2023 exhibition was visited by more than 52 thousand representatives of trading companies and buyers from 170 countries. This year the presence of more than 1,300 exhibitors across 90 countries is expected.

It should also be noted that the United Arab Emirates is one of the leaders in the development of solar energy in the world.
Exhibitor Profile at this event will be represented by such sectors as Manufacturers, Suppliers, Distributors, Service Providers, Project Developers/EPC Contractors, System Integrators, Research Institutes.
At the conference dedicated to the exhibition, a number of interesting and pressing reports will be presented, including, MENA Solar Market Outlook & Perspectives, Utility-Scale Solar: New Technologies, Energy Storage Market & Technology Outlook, Solar & Storage and Grid Integration for Utility and C&I Projects, Supply Chain Challenges and Solutions.

The Oman Petroleum & Energy Show (OPES), which will be held April 22-24 in the Omani capital Muscat, will undoubtedly be an important step in promoting the most modern oil and gas production technologies in this country. Oman has long been considered the main production site for the most complex types of oil, characterized by high density and viscosity. Many of the world's leading oil and gas companies operate here.
The upcoming show is characterized by the following indicators, all of which are designated as more than: 300 exhibiting companies, 15,000 visits, 100 expert speakers, 800 conference delegates. According to the organizers, “…OPES provides an effective business and networking platform, serving as a key meeting place for energy professionals, oil and gas companies, policy and decision makers, and stakeholders.”
At the conference in Muscat, several reports will be presented on very important topics, such as Advancement in Drilling Technologies, CCUS Modeling and Simulation / Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage, Production Optimization using AI, Developing Capability for Delivering the Energy of the Future, Advanced Gas wells acid stimulation.

The exhibition will feature thematic exhibits covering most oil and gas applications, including digital transformation, drilling, electricals, hardware, and industrial tools, energy transition and sustainability, enhanced oil recovery, improved oil recovery, environment, services and systems, epc / engineering, gas & liquified natural, health, safety and environment, logistics, storage and transportation, marine, offshore and subsea, onshore - oil and exploration, pipes, pipelines / valves and components, plant machinery and vehicles, pumps, compressors and meters, safety and security, welding services and supplies, well completions.
