When paying through an online financial service such as Pay Pal, the digital downloads you purchase will be automatically forwarded to the email address you provided at registration as soon as payment is confirmed.
A publication purchased online can be downloaded using the link attached to the letter sent by the Seller to the e-mail address that was provided by the Customer in the process of registration on the website. The link will be active for 30 days. The Customer can download the purchased document using the link only after logging in to the website under his or her respective username. The customer can also download the document directly from the order confirmation page on the website in the "Research & analysis" / "Publications" section, provided that the Customer has logged in to the website under his or her username.
If payment is made by bank transfer, then purchases will be sent to you manually via email following the receipt of confirmation of payment from the servicing bank, on weekdays from 9.00 to 20.00 CET. Physical products, such as wall maps, will be shipped, upon confirmation of payment, on weekdays between 9.00 to 19.00 CET according to the working hours of the post offices. Some digital downloads exceeding the limits set by public Internet postal services will be sent manually in separate sections.
By purchasing products from this website, according to these terms and conditions, it is assumed that you are aware that all purchases made through digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Please carefully select the product for purchase, study the attached annotation and content, and thoroughly check that all the required fields have been correctly inputted, before finalizing the purchase. In case the email message did not arrive, please verify that it has not been marked as spam by your e-mail provider. Should anything you purchased be missing from your order, or the products not be of the described quality, please submit a written claim to [email protected] and we will make every effort to immediately rectify the situation in accordance with established business customs.
