Aenert news. Energy Exhibitions & Conferences
As is our tradition, we present a brief overview of upcoming energy exhibitions and conferences in the coming month, which could become an important element of the future development of global energy.
The sixth edition of InfraTech Germany will take place from 9 to 11 January 2024 at Messe Essen in North Rhine-Westphalia. In the Energy and Environment sector, visitors will be presented with comprehensive solutions for the effective organization of the energy transition, including Energy, district heating, gas and electricity supply, Environmental Protection, Energy transportation, Storage, Power grid management.
Here you will be able to get acquainted with technical achievements in terms of reducing energy consumption, for example, with “smart” meters, systems for optimizing your own energy consumption using tablets or smartphones, and economical devices for charging electric vehicles. It is important that decision makers and investors from all areas of infrastructure will be present at the exhibition.

The next Intersolar North America and Energy Storage North America 2024 will be held on January 17-19 in San Diego, USA. Participants in this event will be Contractors, Developers, Distributors, Engineers, Installers, Integrators, Manufacturers, Project Developers, Utilities and others. The event will focus on technology topics such as Components & Mounting, Tracking Systems, PV Manufacturing, Solar Heating & Cooling. More than 9,000 attendees, 500 exhibitors, and more than 125 Speakers are expected to be present here.
North America cannot boast of high values of the share of solar generation in relation to the total volume of electricity generation. For example, for the USA this level does not exceed 4%, for Mexico 7%. However, in terms of installed photovoltaic or concentrated solar capacity, the United States ranks second in the world after China and Spain, respectively. At the same time, the USA, Mexico, and southern Canada have either excellent or at least satisfactory solar resources.
In other words, solar energy in North America has significant prospects for development, based on natural resources, technological potential, practical experience and financial capabilities.
